Lists let you save people in one place for prospecting, recruiting or fundraising, and track intro requests. Lists are visible to your whole team unless you make them private.
Create a list
Go to Lists in the sidebar and select Create list.
Name the list and add a description if you like.
Optional: add a forwardable intro template. It's included when you ask for intros to people on this list, so your teammate can forward it as is. You can edit it later.
Optional: turn on Mark private so only you can see the list.
Add people to a list
One at a time: select + next to a person's name, then pick a list or create a new one.
In bulk: select people with the checkboxes, or use the header checkbox and Select all to add up to 10,000 people at once. See Bulk actions.
People on a list show a blue icon, with the initials of the teammate who added them.
Track progress
Each person on a list has a status. New entries start as Suggested, and change to Intro requested automatically when you send an intro request from The Swarm. You can change the status yourself at any time, or remove people from the list.
Private lists
Anyone on your team can create private lists. Only the creator can see and manage them.
To switch a list between private and shared, open the list, select Edit list and change Mark private.
Who can edit lists
Owners and Admins can edit and delete any shared list. Contributors and Guests can edit and delete their own lists. See User roles and permissions.
Next: Ask for an introduction or export a list as CSV.
