The "Export to CSV" feature allows users to download a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file containing the connection details that have been added to a list. This feature enables users to save and share the collected information easily into CRM or ATS tools.
To export connections to CSV, follow these steps:
Open your list: Navigate to the list that contains the connections you want to export.
Locate the three-dot button in the top right corner, and click on the button to reveal a dropdown menu.
Choose "Export to CSV": From the dropdown menu. Upon selection, the CSV file will be downloaded immediately.
Which data is included in the CSV?
The exported CSV file will include the following data for each of connection:
First Name - Individual's given name
Last Name - Individual's family name
Current job title - Person's current role or position
Current company - Organization where they currently work
Company URL - Website address of their current company
Company industry - Sector or field the company operates in
Company location - Geographic location of the company
Company size - Scale of the organization (employees, revenue, etc.)
LinkedIn URL - official LinkedIn profile URL
The Swarm URL - Unique The Swarm profile URL
Confirmed connectors - Close professional relationships
Likely connectors - Known but less intimate connections
Potential connectors - Distant or infrequent contacts
Unfamiliar connectors - Unknown or new potential connections
Connected to count - Total number of connections
Key relationships - Most important professional contacts
Key relationships sources - Origin or context of important connections
Emails - Contact email addresses
Location - Geographic location of the individual
Tags - Categories or labels for organization
Please note that not all of the mentioned profile data might be available for every connection. The availability of specific information depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the external sources we rely on for gathering the information.
Using the exported CSV file, you can analyze the connection details, import them into other applications or databases, or keep them as a backup for your records.
