You can export the people on a list as a CSV file, for example to import them into your CRM or ATS. Exports aren't available on the Free plan.
Export a list
Open the list in Lists.
Select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Export to CSV.
We email a download link to the person who requested the export. You can export up to 10,000 people per list. Need more? Contact support@theswarm.com.
Export search results
Add your search results to a list first: select them, or use Select all to add up to 10,000 at once. Then export the list. See Bulk actions.
What's in the file
For each person: first and last name, current title and company, company website, industry, location and size, LinkedIn URL, link to their Swarm profile, connectors by connection strength (Confirmed, Likely, Potential, Unfamiliar), how many teammates they're connected to, key relationships and their sources, emails, location and tags.
Not every field is available for every person; it depends on the data we have for them.
