Pending connectors are connectors added while your team is at or over its plan's connector limit. They're locked: their connections don't appear in search or intro paths until they become active connectors.
Where to find them
In the sidebar, open Connectors and select the Pending Connectors tab. Owners and Admins can see it.
How connectors become pending
Any new connector added while you're at your limit becomes pending, including people who join through your invite link or share through the Connector Portal. Their imports still run, so nothing is lost while they wait.
How to unlock them
An Owner or Admin can do either:
Upgrade your plan to one with a higher connector limit.
Remove connectors you no longer need on the Connectors page.
Pending connectors unlock automatically as soon as there's room, starting with the most recently added. Their connections then show up in search and intro paths like any other connector's.
What counts toward the limit
Users, connectors and pending invitations all count. Limits per plan are in Plans, billing, connector limits and credits.
