You can access and review your own Google Contacts at contacts.google.com

How to start to import your Google Contacts?

  • Click on "Add Connections" and click on “Import Google Contacts”, select your Google account, and authorize access.

  • The Swarm never sees, downloads, or reads your emails, attachments, and calendar events.

  • Click “Continue” to start the import. Close this modal and refresh your browser to start seeing connections appear in batches.

Which contact types are imported?

  • We are importing only the profiles from “Contacts” and “Other Contacts” tabs in your Google Contacts.

    • The profile must have First Name, Last name, email address and added Title or Company name.

  • We’re not importing “Frequently Contacted”.

    • To import “Frequently Contacted” contacts, you may first move them to your “Google Contacts” list at contacts.google.com page and proceed to import at The Swarm.

Would Google Contacts Import would automatically synchronize my contacts and work in the background?

  • No, we're not automatically importing your contacts. This is working as one time import only, meaning the contacts are imported only once per single import.

How many Google Accounts can I use to import Google Contacts?

  • You can use multiple Google Accounts, but we have limit the import use to one per 24 hours.

  • You can get back to The Swarm on the next day and import button will be available for you.

How do I know that Google Contacts have been imported?

  • After the import, contacts will be added to “My Connections”. The label on “Add connection” modal will switch to “Imported”.

  • The process of adding connections to your list might take a few moments.

  • You can also filter your connections by "Source" so you can see where you connections are coming from.
