What happens to your data if you cancel or your plan expires

Your data is kept when your trial ends, you cancel or a payment fails. Here's what you can still do and how to reactivate.

Written by Bee Keeper

Your data isn't deleted when your trial ends, when you cancel, or when a payment fails. Your team moves to a read-only Expired state, and everything is there again as soon as you pick a plan.

In the Expired state

  • The Swarm is read-only. Owners and Admins can open the plan selection page and the Connectors list; Contributors and Guests see a message about the account status.

  • Adding connectors and using the API aren't available until you reactivate.

  • Your connectors, relationships and lists stay as they are.

If you cancel your plan

Cancelling doesn't delete your data. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle, then your team moves to the Expired state.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for a period of time after a team becomes inactive, so you can reactivate and pick up where you left off. We don't delete team data without notice. To have your data deleted now, see Remove connections or delete your account.

Reactivate

Go to Settings → Subscription and select a plan. Access is restored as soon as payment goes through. See How do I upgrade or buy a plan?
