You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page inside The Swarm. There are no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Click Cancel Plan.
Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears.
That's it. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
What happens after you cancel?
Your plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again after that, and you'll keep complete access to all your plan's features until that date.
Once the billing cycle ends, your account moves to the Expired state. In this state:
Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
You can still view your connectors list
Adding new connectors and using the API is not available
You can reactivate at any time by selecting a new plan
Changed your mind?
If you cancelled by mistake or want to reactivate, go to Team Settings → Subscription and select a plan. Your account will be restored immediately.
