To remove connections or delete your account, email support@theswarm.com. This isn't available in the app, so our support team handles every request. We handle privacy requests within 24 hours.
What you can ask us to remove
Specific connections: for example, the connections you synced from LinkedIn or imported from Google, while keeping your account.
Your whole account: your account, the connections you imported, your relationship data and any personal information linked to it.
Connections you shared as a connector: if you shared your network through the Connector Portal or an invite link, we can delete what you shared.
What to include in your email
The email address of your Swarm account
What you want removed: specific connections, connections from one source, or your whole account
The team name, if you belong to a team
Send it from the email address on the account so we can verify the request. We confirm by email once it's done.
For Owners and Admins
Removing a user or a connector from your team removes their connections from your team's network straight away. It doesn't delete their own account. See What happens when you remove a user?
Stop new data coming in
Google Contacts & Calendar refresh every week. To stop this, remove The Swarm from your Google account's third-party connections, then ask us to delete what was already imported.
