How to use it
From any Company or Person record in Attio, click the “See Connections” next to The Swarm icon or use a quick action to view available network connections from your organization's collective network.
How to set it up in Attio
You will need an active The Swarm account (app.theswarm.com) to use this integration.
Connect your The Swarm account to Attio in Workspace Settings > Apps using your API credentials. Once connected, navigate to any Company or Person record and select the The Swarm integration from the record actions.
The integration will automatically surface available relationships, strength, and sources.
How to set it up in Swarm
[Definition] Connectors are the people whose relationships are mapped by The Swarm.
On your Swarm account, add "passive connectors"(customers, investors, partners). Swarm will map their work and education overlaps (not their LinkedIn networks).
You can import LinkedIn CSVs for passive connectors or send them a link from the passive connectors to do it themselves without having to create a Swarm account.
You can also invite "active connectors"via Swarm web app (team members, close stakeholders). They can import their LinkedIn and optionally connect email/calendar for additional relationship mapping.
If you don't get results, make sure you add connectors (you have up to 250 connectors on the Base plan) which networks are relevant to the companies and contacts in your CRM.
