Search your team's network, or The Swarm's whole database of 500M+ profiles, from the People and Companies tabs. Combine the search bar with filters to find the people you want to reach and who can introduce you.
In network or out of network
In network: people your team is connected to, with who knows them and how strongly.
Out of network: anyone else in our database, including contact details where we have them. There's no intro path yet, but you can look for teammates connected to their colleagues.
All: both together.
Searching in the web app doesn't use credits, on any plan.
The search bar
Search by name, job title, location, LinkedIn URL, or keywords such as skills and interests. It looks for exact matches, so "cyber security" and "cybersecurity" return different results. You can combine terms with AND, OR, brackets, quotes and *; see Boolean search.
Filters on People
Select Add Filter to narrow results.
Job title: current or past titles.
Connected to: the network of one or more specific teammates or connectors.
Strength: Confirmed, Likely, Potential or Unfamiliar.
Location: country, state or city.
Source: where a connection comes from, such as LinkedIn, Google or work overlaps.
Profile tags: tags your team has added.
Company: current company name, industry, size or headquarters.
Lists of companies, websites or LinkedIn URLs: paste a list of targets. See Find intro paths to a list of target accounts or people.
Searching companies
On the Companies tab, search and filter companies, and sort them by how many of their employees your team is connected to. Open a company to see who you know there and everyone else who works there.
