What happens when you remove a user?

Removing a user takes away their access and removes their connections from your team's network.

Written by Bee Keeper

When an Owner or Admin removes a user, the user loses access to your team straight away, and all of their connections are removed from your team's network.

  • Intro paths that relied on their connections no longer show.

  • The connector slot they used is freed.

  • Their own account isn't deleted. To delete an account and its data, contact support@theswarm.com.

How to remove a user

  1. Go to Settings → Users.

  2. Open the menu next to the person and select Remove.

Removing a connector works the same way: their connections leave your team's network. Remove connectors on the Connectors page.

Only Owners and Admins can remove users and connectors. See User roles and permissions.
