If your profile, LinkedIn URL or company is wrong in The Swarm, contact support@theswarm.com and we'll fix it. Most of these changes can't be made in the app after sign-up.

I used the wrong LinkedIn profile URL when I signed up. Send us your correct LinkedIn URL from the email on your account, and we'll update it and map your network again.

I picked the wrong company during sign-up. The AI Network Mapper may have added connectors from that company. Tell us the correct company's LinkedIn page and we'll remove the wrong mapping and run it for the right one. See AI Network Mapper.

My job title or company is out of date. Profiles are refreshed from public data over time. If yours is still wrong after updating LinkedIn, send us your LinkedIn URL and we'll refresh it.

My LinkedIn profile was private and now it's public. We couldn't read your work history while it was private, so overlaps weren't found. Send us your LinkedIn URL and we'll refresh it so the AI Network Mapper can find your overlaps.

Teams without a company can add one later: an Owner or Admin can add the company's LinkedIn page in team settings.
