Why is the Connection Count Showing “0”?

If the connections count for a Connector shows as “0,” there may be a couple of reasons:

  1. Mapping Process is Ongoing

The mapping process might still be in progress. Please wait a few moments for it to complete.

  2. No Work Overlap Connections Found

We may not have been able to find any work overlap connections. This could be due to the LinkedIn profile having no publicly available information, or there being no relevant experience listed in public records.

What Can You Do Next?

If a Connector’s connections count remains at “0,” you have the following options:

Remove and Re-invite as an Active Member

  • Remove this Connector and invite them as an active member (Guest, Contributor, or Admin) via email to join your team on The Swarm. By becoming an active member, they will have the ability to upload their LinkedIn connections in multiple ways:

    • Installing the Chrome Extension.

    • Uploading a CSV file with LinkedIn Connections

    • Integrating with Google Contacts & Calendar.

What Are Work Overlaps?

We compare the work history of the member running the import, with millions of profiles in our internal and third-party databases. We find work overlaps by looking at the name of the company a person worked at, their position, the date range - when they started and finished.
