Private Lists is a feature designed to allow users to create new lists of connections that are only available to them, without sharing them with the entire team. This feature is particularly useful for individuals who prefer to keep their list of connections private within the organization.

What are Private Lists?

Private Lists are personalized lists of connections that can be created by any team member. They serve as a private repository for storing connections without any formalized roles or specific purposes. Each team member can create and manage their own private list, ensuring that only they have access to the connections stored within it.

Who can create Private Lists? Every team member has the ability to create private lists and maintain exclusive access to their own lists of connections.

How to create a Private Lists?

  1. Navigate to the "List" page and click "Create list" in the top right corner.

  2. While creating a new list, enable the option "Mark private."

  3. Once you have selected this option, the list will be created as private.

  4. After creation, only you will be able to see and manage this private list, including adding connections to it.

Can I edit or remove Private Lists?

Yes, as the creator of a private list, you have full control over its management, including its name, description, type, and settings. This allows you to update and refine your private list based on your evolving requirements.

Can I change an existing lists to private or public?

Yes, you have the flexibility to change the visibility of an existing list. To convert a private list to a public one or vice versa, go to the "Edit list" option in the list details and uncheck the "Mark private" option to toggle list visibility.
