How to upgrade to a paid plan?

Available Plans

At The Swarm, we offer three plans:

  • "Free Plan"

  • "Base Plan"

  • and the "Premium Plan."

The "Free Plan" enables you to consolidate your networks with bulk imports from Linkedin, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, and Work Overlaps. It offers enriched profiles and the ability to send individual intro requests.

The "Base Plan," on the other hand, grants access to over 800 million profiles and 20 million companies. It includes features like Connection Strength calculation, list building, creation of saved searches, Company Tags and Profiles tags, additional data export options, company-level filters, and more.

On Base, you only pay per active user, meaning Guests and passive members (we can currently upload the work overlaps of passive members for you without them having to create an account!) are free up to 100 members in total. When you add a member, if they're a Contributor or an Admin, we'll update your subscription to reflect your number of passive members on the following month.


The "Premium Plan" offers CRM integration with HubSpot and Salesforce, personalized onboarding, team training, and priority support. Additionally, this plan allows for the inclusion of up to 500 users.

Start with a Free Trial

Experience The Swarm with a 30-day free trial of our "Base Plan." During this trial, you'll enjoy full access to all premium features. If you need a trial of "Premium" please reach out to support@theswarm.com

To continue with the Base Plan post-trial, just add your payment method on the portal to maintain uninterrupted access to your progress and features. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

Upgrading from Free to Base

  1. Upgrade by clicking the "Upgrade Plan" button in the sidebar.

  2. Select your desired time period and plan.

  3. The next screen, managed by Stripe, will prompt you to enter your billing information and payment method.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Click your team name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.

  2. In the team dropdown menu, select "Settings"

  3. Then navigate to "Subscription" tab.

  4. Click on "Manage Subscription" to get access the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can update your plan, payment method, billing address, tax number, and download past invoices.

Eligibility for Paid Plan Upgrade

Only team Owners and Admins are authorized to upgrade to a paid plan and manage billing.

Downgrading from Paid Plan to Free Plan

To downgrade your plan'

  1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Subscription"

  2. Click "Cancel Plan."


    The Stripe Customer Portal will prompt you to confirm the cancellation.

    Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you can renew your subscription anytime.

Seat Limits

The "Free Plan" and "Base Plan" caps at 100 seats in total, whereas the "Premium Plan" extends this limit to 500 seats.

Cancellation Charges

We offer flexible terms with no cancellation charges.
