Searching for connections

Head to the "Connections" tab to see the combined networks of all your members.

Enter your search parameters (for example, enter titles, locations, etc. that match your Ideal Customer Profile, or a specific persona you're trying to reach).

Don't forget to use the search bar up top and leverage boolean search. The search bar can be used alone or in combination with profile- and account-level filters.‍ Dive deeper into filters and boolean search parameters here.

‍

You can type keywords there as well to look for specific skills or interests.

For example, you may type "Artificial intelligence" to look for profiles who list this in their profile.‍ Note that the system looks for exact matches. For example: "cyber security" in two words and "cybersecurity" in one word will currently return different results.

For sales, you can enter your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) or directly look by company. If you have a list of target accounts, you can use the list filter to paste it in filter down the connections who currently work at one of these companies. This is really powerful for account-based selling: You can uncover multiple inroads into target account, then strategically reach out to your members for introductions or mention the mutual connections when you reach out!

You can also use The Swarm further down funnel, by looking up a more senior decision-maker at a company you're in touch with, move deals forward and close them. Some of our customers use The Swarm for customer success and retention, ensuring they leverage relationships at the highest level possible and staying on top of who they know at a client account!

Searching for companies

You can also search the combined network by companies on the "Companies" tab. This tab shows the companies you have at least one connection in.

We're also allowing to filter "out-of-network" companies withing "Status" filter , so you can extend your prospecting and visibility across our 20m+ database of companies and 800m+ profiles!

To assess your overall connectivity into any organization, you can sort companies by the number of employees working there and the number of members connected with someone at the company.

Click on a company name to see who you're connected to as well as all profiles at this company. You can also access information on the company size, their industry, website and other links.
