How to customize invitations to new Users?

To customise invitation for the new active Connector:

  1. Go to the Users in Team Settings

  2. Click “Add Users” in the top-right corner of the table

  3. Choose their role (Admin, Contributor, Guests), and hit “Preview” in bottom left to add a custom message (up to 500 characters).

💡 Tip: A short, friendly note goes a long way. Let them know what to expect — for example, ask them to upload their LinkedIn connections and suggest a few relevant contacts to a list.
